Why We Work Here

Hover over a staff member to see what they have to say about working at Variety CLC.

Life took a hard turn for me. The love and compassion that was given to me from my VCLC family is beyond words. The calls, cards and texts and more, brought me some light through all of my darkness.

When it was time, there was no hesitation from Variety and my position was just waiting for me. Being back with the children, staff and families is wonderful. I continue to receive unconditional love each and every day.

- Diana Juravlea, Front Desk Reception/Administrative Assistant

Variety Child Learning Center is an incredible organization that offers a great opportunity for learning and growth, for both families and staff!

I started my journey with Variety as a Teacher Aide, and since, have had the pleasure of growing alongside the CEO and CFO. I then worked with the incredible evaluations department, and now am happily working alongside the Director of Human Resources. It has been an honor to play a role in providing educational services and supporting the VCLC team.

- Stephanie Martinez, Human Resources Manager

The words “good job,” have taken on a whole new meaning when spoken to me by a previously non-vocal student, praising me for the honor of singing and dancing with her. We’ve all heard the song by Lee ann Womack, “I hope you dance,” and our work ethic and dedication at VCLC, reflect these very words.

We build on the strengths and uniqueness of each and every child who walks through our doors. We encourage them each and every day to become the best version of themselves.

- Laurie Kirkwood-Zammit, Teacher Assistant

Working at VCLC has been one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had. I love being able to help the students learn and grow in a safe and nurturing environment.

The job may be challenging, but it’s also one of the most fulfilling things I have ever done. It’s amazing to be part of every child’s journey and to contribute to their future success.

- Stephanie Cutrone, Lead Teacher

I am part of the process at VCLC to help identify the services a child requires to reach their greatest potential. It is a very rewarding experience to work here in this capacity.

- Roseanne Galluzzo, Administrative Assistant, Evaluations Department
