Variety offers full-day opportunities for preschool children with and without disabilities to be grouped together in class in a therapeutic environment.

• Instruction is in a less restrictive setting where children with and without disabilities learn and play together
• The classes follow the Pyramid Model which is based on relationships, problem solving, social/emotional development and positive behavior intervention
• Curriculum is compatible with New York State Next Generation Pre-K Standards.
• Teachers are dually certified in early childhood education (birth to second grade) and students with disabilities (birth to second grade).
• 12:1:2 ratio (6 children without IEPs and 6 children with IEPs; one certified master level special education teacher and two teacher assistants)
• 15:1:2 ratio (9 children without IEPs and 6 children with IEPs; one certified master level special education teacher and two teacher assistants)
